Trained in Monterey & Santa Cruz County, she has established herself through years of education, hard work & attention to detail as a well-rounded hairstylist. With her experience in the industry she’s grown to love a wide range of services & over the years has become a passionate & versatile stylist behind the chair. Using only 100% vegan & cruelty-free hair color & products, Jem takes pride in providing clean, conscious beauty care for everyone that sits in her chair. Utilizing many techniques along with comprehensive color theory, she specializes in luxury blondes, brunettes, custom & corrective color, haircuts & more. Committed to client satisfaction, Jem has a welcoming energy with the goal to create an experience that’s unique to each client & empowers them to embrace their individuality proudly. Her main focus is creating customized looks for each guest, with a modern feel that keeps clients happy & coming back for more. PRICING: Simple & Transparent • I believe in keeping pricing straightforward and stress-free. I charge by the hour rather than by individual services, allowing me to customize every appointment to your hair goals without unnecessary add-ons. Every chemical service includes a K18 treatment to help repair and strengthen the hair, a custom gloss for enhanced shine and tone, a personalized haircut and a blowout. My pricing is also gratuity-free. The price you see is the final price- I do not accept tips. This allows you to relax and enjoy your appointment without worrying about calculating gratuity or unexpected costs. No hidden fees, no surprises—just an elevated, all-inclusive salon experience.

Cancellation Policy

I ask that you please reschedule or cancel your appointment more than 48 hours in advance. I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and in the event of a cancellation or a no-show, the deposit will be forfeited. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping me maintain my schedule and serve all my clients efficiently. Thank you!
